The roots of our firm date back to the turn of the century when General A.W. Wright returned from the Spanish American War. The first of the Plunketts joined the firm in 1927. Since then the firm has passed down through the Plunkett family, and has been known as Plunkett & Associates, Inc., since 2003.

More than a family law firm, the past and present attorneys of Plunkett and Associates have set high standards for ethical legal representation. Roger S. Plunkett and Warren F. Plunkett both served as district judges in southern Minnesota.
